Founder | Senior Violin & Guitar Instructor

With over 40 years of experience as a dedicated music educator, performer, and mentor, Soheil Dehbasti is the heart and visionary behind Sol School of Music. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Izmir Dokuz Eylül University and received his early formal training at the Tehran Conservatory of Music.

As a distinguished musician, Soheil served as the Concertmaster of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra for more than 30 years, performing on national and international stages. In addition, he has been a University Professor for over 30 years, training and inspiring generations of musicians who now contribute to the cultural and artistic community worldwide.

Specializing in violin and guitar, Soheil has taught hundreds of students across generations — many of whom have gone on to pursue music professionally or continue to play with joy and confidence throughout their lives.

Known for his warm teaching style, structured methods, and deep musical knowledge, Soheil is passionate about developing both the technical skills and artistic expression of every student. His lessons focus not only on mastering the instrument but also on discipline, creativity, and love for music.

As a performer, Soheil has a rich history in classical, Persian traditional, and modern music. As a teacher, he’s a firm believer in the long-term benefits of music education for mental growth, emotional expression, and cultural connection.
