Elaheh

Santur Instructor & Performer

Elaheh began learning the santur at the age of nine and have been teaching it since 2001, with over 23 years of experience. She offers both theoretical and practical lessons from beginner to advanced levels.

She is a graduate of the Iranian Music Preservation and Promotion Institute, where she studied the radifs of Master Payvar, Master Saba, and Mirza Abdollah under the guidance of Roya Hallaj.

Elaheh's teaching approach is based on the methods of the great masters, including Faramarz Payvar and the Kamkar family for adults, and the "Ghasedak" method for children.

Elaheh is passionate about sharing the beauty and depth of Persian classical music, and she strives to help each student find their own voice through the timeless melodies of the Santur.
